UPDATE: Chocolate has completed his training and is ready for adoption. He is back at the East Bank Shelter, so come and meet him. Chocolate was selected to go to the Doggone Express Training Program where he lives with his trainer 24/7 and is being leash trained, housetrained and crate trained. He is learning basic obedience commands. . Chocolate was surrendered to the shelter because his owner is moving. We were also told he is housetrained, good with children and good with dogs. He is described as very sweet and loyal. He gets very excited when he knows he is going for a walk, and he is very good on a leash. Chocolate is being treated for a chronic ear infection. His adopter needs to monitor his ears and get get veterinary care for Chocolate's ears at first sign of a problem. The Doggone Express adoption fee is $150. Fee includes at least one round of vaccinations, mandatory spay/neuter surgery, heartworm test, and microchip.
