Festus has come a very long way. He was found living with a family that really only wanted him as a doorbell. He is shy, but very sweet. He gets along very well with other dogs and is crate trained. he has been here quite a while and the the extent to which he has come out of his shell is heartbreaking.....in a good way! Anyone who is looking to REALLY rescue a dog and really have a chance to teach/remind a dog what human/animal bond is all about would probably find adopting Festus to be a very fulfilling experience.
