She?s lucky she was rescued when she was because she was in danger of losing her sight completely due to a raging eye infection and was FIV positive As part of a colony where TNR was being done there was no way she could be released.. Thankfully ARNO staffers nursed baby Patch back to health and, though she lost one of her eyes to the infection, she still has the vision in her other eye. We encourage you to learn more about FIV. Patch is a very healthy cat who has received proper care and treatment and should not have any adverse affects to her well-being or lifespan related to FIV.
